The Homeschool Atlas (“the Hub,” “we,” “us”) is a community information and coordination platform for homeschool families in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana. The Hub is not a school, co-op, legal advisor, or financial advisor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to create an account or submit information through this site. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Hub, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Post content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, hateful, or obscene.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or submit content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its data.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.

4. User-Generated Content

You may submit content such as event listings, group suggestions, resource listings, discussion comments, and directory reports. By submitting content, you:

• Grant the Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your submission on this site.
• Confirm that your submission does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Understand that submitted events may be subject to admin review before publishing.

We do not claim ownership of your content. You may request removal of your submissions by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Content & Links

The Hub lists community-submitted events, groups, deals, and provider directories. These listings do not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by the Hub. We are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or legality of third-party content, products, services, or websites linked from this site.

6. Deals & Sponsored Content

Some listings on our Deals page may represent paid sponsor placements. Sponsor tier labels (Bronze, Silver, Gold) indicate the level of sponsorship. The Hub does not independently verify sponsor claims or offers. Always confirm deal terms directly with the business.

7. ESA & Financial Information

Information on our GATOR ESA page is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. ESA eligibility, spending rules, and approved categories are determined by the State of Louisiana and may change. Families should verify all information with official state sources before making financial decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Hub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
• We are not responsible for actions, policies, or safety practices of third-party organizations, businesses, event hosts, or other users.
• Parent/guardian supervision is required at all community meetups and events.
